Bamboowala specializes in handcrafted bamboo products. Each product is: – Uniquely crafted – Environmentally sustainable – Handmade with traditional techniques – Subject to natural variations in color, texture, and dimensions

2.2 Product Representations

  • Product images are as accurate as possible but may have slight color variations due to screen settings and natural material characteristics.
  • Dimensions and specifications are approximate and may vary by ±5%.

2.3 Customization

  • Custom orders are available for select products.
  • Customization requests are subject to additional charges and extended production times.
  • Custom orders require 50% advance payment and are non-refundable.

3. ORDERING AND PRICING

3.1 Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The price at the time of order confirmation shall be final.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Shipping charges, if charged extra, are calculated based on:

5. WARRANTY AND CARE

  • 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects

  • Keep away from excessive moisture
  • Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
  • Store in cool, dry place when not in use
  • Apply natural oil (like coconut or linseed) every 3-4 months to maintain bamboo’s luster
  • Avoid sudden temperature changes
  • Handle with care to prevent structural damage

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1 Account Security and Non-Discrimination

  • Users responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
  • Immediate reporting of unauthorized access
  • One account per individual/entity
  • Platform is accessible to all users regardless of race, gender, religion, disability, or sexual orientation
  • Zero tolerance for harassment or discriminatory behavior

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Users shall not: – Use the platform for illegal activities – Upload offensive content – Engage in fraudulent transactions – Misuse website functionality – Violate other users’ rights

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 Liability Scope
