1. General Terms
1.1 This Return & Refund Policy governs all returns and refunds for products purchased on Bamboowala’s website (“Website”) in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020.
1.2 By placing an order on our Website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Return Period
2.1 Customers may initiate returns within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of delivery.
2.2 Returns initiated within the first 2 (two) days of delivery qualify for our “No Questions Asked” return policy.
3. “No Questions Asked” Returns
3.1 Returns initiated within 48 hours of delivery qualify for return without requiring specific reason.
3.2 Bamboowala reserves the right to examine the returned product for tampering or damage.
4. Return Process
4.1 To initiate a return, customers must contact Bamboowala via WhatsApp at +91-7005984264 with their invoice or Order ID.
4.2 Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product in its original packaging or equivalent.
5. Return Shipping
5.1 Return shipping costs shall be borne by Bamboowala.
5.2 Bamboowala may arrange pickup through our logistics partner in select areas.
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Refunds will be initiated only after the product reaches our warehouse.
6.2 For orders cancelled during transit, refund will be initiated once the product reaches our warehouse.
6.3 Upon successful verification of the returned product, refunds will be processed within 3 working days.
6.4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
6.5 Shipping charges, if and when charged extra, are non-refundable.
6.6 Please note that while Bamboowala processes refunds within 3 working days, actual receipt of funds may vary depending on payment gateway and banking policies.
7. Non-Returnable Items
7.1 The following items cannot be returned: – Products with tampered packaging – Personal hygiene products that have been opened – Products specifically marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
8. Cancellation
8.1 Orders may be cancelled before shipment without any charges.
8.2 Once shipped, orders must follow the return procedure outlined in this policy.
9. Damaged or Defective Products
9.1 Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
9.2 Bamboowala will arrange for replacement or refund at our discretion.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Any disputes arising out of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Agartala, Tripura, India.
10.2 Bamboowala reserves the right to resolve disputes through mediation before formal legal proceedings.
11. Policy Modifications
11.1 Bamboowala reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
11.2 The updated policy shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
